Since you are not an inpatient, you cannot be put on a CTO. Whenever i have a careplan written the first line always reads 'encourage LOST1234 to take medication'. I am not the most compliant of people, in so much as if i feel the side effects out way the benefit i will stop taking them, although i do tell my psych/care coord that that Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
